1. How to File a Copyright Complaint

2. Our Response Procedure

Upon receipt of a valid and complete DMCA notice, Janhit e-Solution will take the following actions:

• Immediately remove or disable access to the infringing material.
• Notify the individual responsible for the content that we have removed or disabled access.

3. Counter-Notification

If content you posted was removed by mistake, you may file a counter-notification with us. This must include your contact details, identification of the material removed, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
