How to Get the Card Without Standing in Queues? (QR Code Online Process)

To save women from long lines, DTC officials have issued a smart “QR Code”. You need to follow this simple method:

  1. Scan the QR Code: Scan the official QR code displayed outside your nearest DTC depot or any of the centers listed above using your mobile phone.
  2. Fill in the Details: An online form will open on your mobile. Enter your name, Delhi address, and Aadhaar Card number.
  3. Generate Token/Receipt: As soon as you submit the form, a digital receipt (QR token) will be generated on your mobile.
  4. Collect the Card: Now you do not need to stand in line. Go straight to the counter, show your mobile QR code along with your original Aadhaar card, and collect your “Pink Saheli Smart Card” instantly.

There is no Income Limit to get this card made. Any woman—whether poor, middle-class, or wealthy—can get it. The only conditions are:

  • Must be a Delhi Resident: You must have an Aadhaar Card or Voter ID with a Delhi address. (This card will not be issued on Aadhaar cards from NCR regions like Noida, Ghaziabad, or Gurugram).
  • Age: The age of the woman or girl child must be 5 years or above.
  • Other Documents: An active mobile number (for OTP) and a passport-size photograph (sometimes the photo is also taken via webcam at the center).
  • Transgender Community: Transgender citizens have also been fully included in this scheme and can get this card made based on their Aadhaar card.
